"Property felt run down. Elevators were slow. Door lock was broken. Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke."

"Not a great hotel experience."

"The rounds , the lobby bathrooms , everything was exceptionally clean"

"The only positives here were that the cleaning staff was sufficient, the location overall was ok and they have 2 Dunkin’ doughnuts inside. That’s it. Staff were helpful but could use a refresher; one day of our stay, the battery in the door needed to be replaced. After using the texting service for requests, we had to go all the way down from floor 26 to reception to show ID...
