the last time we stayed, we had a less than ideal experience. this time however, they were much better. the rooms are nice and spacious, could use some work on cleanliness. the property itself is large and accommodating. the staff this trip was much more friendly and willing to be helpful. overall not a bad stay, i feel its a bit overpriced but its really the prime location and privacy of the property that your paying for.

My fiance and I really loved the room, especially the hot tub and extremely comfortable bed. They had great amenities and omg the snack bar in the lobby had everything we could've wanted! Only thing I didn't love was the staff seemed really unhappy/down. Makes me wonder if they're being treated fairly :/. They were polite at least.

We loved our stay and will absolutely be back. The walkability to Settler's Green outlet mall was amazing with so many yummy dining options and good shops. We were able to enjoy the heated outdoor pool in May which was a nice surprise and our kids loved the playground area. Lemonade and cookies were out every afternoon which was a cute touch and the complementary coffee bar in the morning was really stocked. We loved our stay and are ready to book again for next year!

I was disappointed that I paid a resort fee on top of my room fee and the indoor pool and hot tub was closed, and it looked like they have not offered to use the fire pit in a while Over all it was a nice stay
