"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. "I can’t say enough about this property .. It is beautiful! Jon is an exceptional host, the home is in a great location, very close to Sunday River which was the purpose of our trip. It was very clean, literally spotless and also beautifully decorated, quality bed and bedding, everything was just so nice! We were so comfortable and I would highly recommend this property."

"The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. "This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. From the beautiful decor, exposed wood and cozy fireplace. It was the attention to detail and small little extras that made this an extra special visit. The serene music playing as you enter the home to the specialized note and picnic basket! They are very accommodating to any situation that may arise and communicate on a five star level. An amazing stay and will be visiting again!"

"My wife and I stayed here for a full week early in the summer. The sunrise over the lake every morning was absolutely beautiful and the area was quite peaceful. The house overall was very well kept and cleaned and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.
