"Beautiful old Bed and Breakfast Inn right by all the fun shops and restaurants. The innkeeper, Jane, was very friendly and informative. Our room was beautifully appointed with antiques but did have a TV (which we never used!) and free WiFi. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed sitting on the huge front porch. Lovely!!"

"This was the perfect cozy cottage for 2. Very clean and plenty of room for 2 to fit comfortably. I was worried at first seeing the restaurant right next door but I didn’t hear a peep the entire time. Great spot right off of all the buzz of downtown but still walking distance. "

"The property was beautiful! We stayed one night, but the house was clean. It had everything we needed plus the space we needed. Instructions and keys were given to us immediately. It made the stay plus check in and check out extremely easy."

"This house is a great spot for a small family or two couples looking for peace and comfort while they're in the area.It has two "big enough" bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom is massive and has a tub for unwinding or washing kiddos.It should be noted that families with younger kids who'd need space for a bassinet/pack-and-play would probably need to set it up outside of the main suite or take the slightly bigger secondary room without the attached bathroom.The common area was open and well-furnished with an incredible kitchen that had plenty of prep space and a large dining table, a TV room that we didn't use much since it was right outside of the bedrooms, and a seating area surrounding the working fireplace.The outdoor area is fantastic with a furnished patio where we'd have drinks every evening, and an outdoor table just a few feet away across the small road with access to a small pier.The location is the best part of the property. The house is on a secluded road with no through traffic right next to Mt. Baldhead and the Chain Ferry, a 10-minute walk to one of the best trail networks in the area, and a very short drive from everything else. It's the perfect rallying point to check out everything the area has to offer.The only knocks are that the wifi info in the welcome packet was not correct—not a huge deal—and that the property manager was really only responsive the day we checked in.We'd stay here again."

"This was my first time in Saugatuck, and the chickadee rental was the perfect location and place to stay. The unit has everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and cozy living room. I always appreciate a kitchen when I travel to allow me to make some meals and go out for others. This unit is in walking distance of the downtown Saugatuck area, making it a very easy way to enjoy the town without fighting for parking. We could even walk down to the Southern, a really great place for a meal and an excellent cocktail. We will definitely be back!!"

"The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved how close the location was to the center of town. An easy walk, so we didn't have to worry about parking during a busy holiday weekend. Would highly recommend this listing."

"This location is great! It is right off Water Street, and is within walking distance of all things Saugatuck! The outdoor space was nice and comfortable, and it was great to not have to look for parking downtown."
