This hotel has a beautiful pool and nice rooms that are newly remodeled. There is construction in the lobby presently, but the rates at the hotel are at a fair price for the remodeling taking place. The staff is attentive.

We stayed here during our trip to Holland, Michigan. It wasn’t anything special, but it wasn’t terrible either. The room was a little small and the hotel was somewhat run-down, and unfortunately we asked for towels several times but never received them. The location was convenient for getting to both Saugatuck and the South Haven beaches, and it seemed to be one of the better affordable options in the area. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

Lots of little ones in hot tub which was why we chose this hotel but never was able to enjoy. Bar and grill was inconveniently closed as well. Otherwise, besides these issues, clean hotel and quiet after 10pm when pool closed.

The pool was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Ample parking and close to downtown Holland, although not walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations and our room was updated.

Clean, quiet, and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the DTH. We knew from other reviews that they property was being renovated but most areas that we saw, new or old, were very clean and it looked all in really good condition. Our room was renovated and the couch was comfy and the beds. The room was clean and very quiet! We loved the pool area. The pool water was cold, but it was ok once you got used to it. The hot tub was very nice and was larger than most hot tubs being able to accommodate a lot of people. The water was clean and wasn't too harsh with chemicals. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and I even received check in texts from the property to ensure our stay was going well. Although we didn't go to the restaurant, it was nice having that as an option. I highly recommend this property.

It is an older hotel, and only some areas have been updated. The bathroom in our room was likely updated in the past year or less, which is nice, except the door to the bathroom is now a sliding barn door that does not lock or latch, and because it was not installed well, the door slides open more than half way, no matter what you do, allowing zero privacy. Cleanliness overall was average. Staff was friendly.

I liked my waiter for breakfast. We prepaid as oart of motel cost. He was very courteous. The bathe shower stall in our room could of been cleaner. The hotel looked like it was still under construction/restoration. Pool area was nice. Fitness room smelled and lacked water and cups.
