"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. Check in went smoothly and the host quickly answered questions leading up to and during our stay. The remodeled kitchen was fantastic and enjoyable to use as we did prepare dinner a few nights. The house was very clean and well kept when we arrived. The location could not be beat! Extremely close to oval beach (about a 5 minute drive by car), and also close to the boarding location of the Saugatuck Chain Ferry (about a 2 minute walk) that will take you right into downtown Saugatuck. We will definitely consider staying here again when returning to Saugatuck."

"We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Hill Resort. The place is quaint so you don’t deal with crowds at the pool. It was nice and quiet. Sits high on the hill overlooking the river so that was a beautiful view of Saugatuck. There is the chain ferry just across the street to take you into town but there are other options as well. The chain ferry is a must because it is a fun unique way to go into town. There are a few different ways you can walk to the beach. We took the easier route this time we have gone on Mount Baldhead before and that is a nice hike. The owner gave us some great food and drink recommendations during our stay. There are of course many shops in town that you can spend a day going through. The owner as well as other staff members were very accommodating during our stay and very friendly. We stayed in the treehouse and I loved how it had its own little private outdoor space. The place has recently gone through some renovations and I could tell in our place the bathroom was very new. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay at the Holiday Hill Resort and look forward to coming back. We had a very nice relaxing time here."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cute and clean condo. It is small but has everything you need including beach chairs so we didn't have to load our car up with those. Great location to be able to walk most everything in downtown Saugatuck - way more convenient than trying to find a parking space! We enjoyed the BARge restaurant right across the street on the water and also the waffle camper just a few steps away for breakfast and coffee. I agree with other reviews that you can definitely hear the people in the unit above walking around but it did not bother us at all - with the window ACs on, it muffles 90% of it. I am a very light sleeper but slept better at this place than I have in weeks - very comfy bed- need to find out the make of that mattress!"
