"Three of us stayed here for one night. Cute and comfortable property. We enjoyed walking everywhere and keeping our car parked in back. Would consider renting again for a longer stay."

"The condo was fine, the parking was impossible. Telling us each unit would get a spot is so wrong. The first night we had to park illegally to get anywhere near the units, and the second night we were only left 1/2 of a space due to a Pickup taking up 1 1/2 spaces, and were got a threatening note suggesting towing early in the morning. Luckily, we left early. But worrying every time we went out if there would be a spot when we returned was not fun. Some residents scored pink “tickets” to use, saying they got them when they checked in. We were not told to physically check in…just given the key code. And the front door key required LOTS of patience to operate ONLY every time we left or returned.
Plus, 8 throw pillows is too many to constantly move and juggle for comfort!"
"We had a wonderful stay at the Water Street Retreat. The unit is comfortable and clean.The location is a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Our host responded quickly when I had a question about the air conditioner. We had a great time and look forward to returning soon."
