"Nice property. They have secure parking but it costs extra 30 bucks a night which seems to be a theme of San Diego hotels. Was disappointed at the lack of included breakfast. There is a nice restaurant on property that provides good food options. Very convenient location and the beds were comfy. 4 stars overall. "

"I payed for my parking at the time of my checkin. At this time a staff member told me people were having trouble when leaving the parking lot area, passing through gate. When I left I was prompted to scan my receipt. I did this and was told I owed 29 dollars after I had already paid 24 at the front desk. I spoke to the Christie and told her of my issue. She told me to take it up w Ace Parking which manages the lot for some ungodly reason. She was very thick headed and would nit listen to reason. Hard to believe she was the face of hotel. I asked for number of ace parking lot but what she gave me was disconnected. I also asked to speak w manager and never received a call back. When a customer is complaining how do u not believe what he tells you. She assured me a staff member showed how to enter and leave gate. Which did nit happen. I think they went a little to low on the foood chain for this hire "
