"My overnight stay was comfortable. I checked out at 7am on July 20, 2025, the only thing that I didn't like, I wasn't provided with a receipt of my stay, and had to call the gentleman through the night window. He just took my key cards, and I asked is there anything else? He said no. I wasn't told when my $100 deposit was going to be returned to me. Other than that, my stay was good."
"Property was amazing. Front desk was extremely busy and overwhelmed. Front desk staff had to continuously go to the back to speak to the manager, instead of the manager coming out front to assist his staff. Check in took 45 mins. Expect a lengthy check in process. "
