I stayed at the Hacienda hotel with my family and it was a great time. Although, there can be structural improvements, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are decent but nothing to brag about. Elvin at the front desk was amazing during our check in. He ensured we were welcomed and even made sure my parents would have a great birthday weekend.

Excellent location and staff. Our room said sofa bed and there was no sofa bed. Room was pretty rundown and parking was very expensive ($25 a night) but not unexpected. We enjoyed being able to explore Old Town and the property itself is beautiful.
