The room was okay. The bed was good, the room was clean, but there was a couple of large unfinished patches on the ceiling with water marks. It was relatively quiet with only the loudest noises from the freeway noticeable. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and we only heard voices from that area until around 10pm, so that was fine. The Breakfast was very good and the gentleman assisting with breakfast was very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping only comes in every other day so in-room coffee was a challenge. The room is set up with 2 coffee pods every other day for 2 people. We initially were able to go to the front desk for more but then we were told they were "Out" of coffee pods. Going downstairs in our pajamas at 6 am to get coffee was not really an option for us. The water was shut off for 4 hours in the middle of one of the days during our stay. On Friday night we returned late and found that housekeeping had only left 1 towel. There was nothing really bad about the stay. No one was rude, we had adequate accommodations, the thermostat worked etc... But we are not sure we would come back to this property again.

I get to my room I was next to the window and on bed there was something black on the sheets and I took pictures of the sheets. And the sink was running slowly and they up repaired it that took time away from my vacation which was limited.

I liked the fact that it was located near a lot of shops and restaurants. It also has easy proximity to the fwy. I didn’t like the breakfast. There was not enough variety. I was also not informed that there was a parking fee of $27/day. I only found out upon check out. I thought our room was clean but we found TWO COCKROACHES in our room!!!!!!! Not sure if we will come back here in the future.

When I arrived at 5:15pm I asked for a crib for my grandson and the employee at the desk (had braces did not get her name) stated she would house keeping bring within 30 min. I waited 2 hours no crib. Called guest services and the front desk and nobody answered the phone. I called several times and all it did was ring. My daughter went down to the desk again requested the crib. She stood in front of the employee Kasandra did no acknowledge her for several minutes and did see her there. Kasandra told her it would be there in 10 minutes arrived in 30 minutes. That was fine as I understand things come up. Customer service needs to improve a bit at this facility; The phone should be answered and follow through on the crib delivery. The coffee and breakfast was great. The gentlemen in charge of the breakfast area was fantastic.
