The property is in a good location but needs a major facelift in the common areas, i.e. elevators and hallways - we were on the third floor. The room was neat and clean, but the bathroom was not modernized, and the shower was not safe for people in their 70.

Very little amenities in room. No clock, no shower cap, no lotion. Construction equipment across the street. Difficult to get into the registration area because of Construction site across the street. Can walk to the trolley and many restaurants.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a bar and Starbucks options downstairs, which was a plus! Cost of pricing is the real downside. We had an issue with the TV and the manager took care of it, no questions asked.
