"The front desk staff was very accommodating from check in to storing my bags. They are quite militant and strict about checking out right on time. The food servers use the same stairway as the guests so be sure to peak around the corners for plates of appetizers or entrees coming up the stairs. The location was perfect for the event that I was attending as well as the proximity to the beach, park, shops and restaurants."

"The staff was nice and the room clean. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach! The pool was very small so we didn't go in. The bed was on the soft side. It's a long walk to the village, but a good location if you just want to spend time at the beach. The room was okay. It has a motel-like feel to it but it was fairly spacious."

"This is our absolute favorite place to stay when we are in San Diego or the La Jolla area. You cannot be the location only two blocks from the greatest beach in San Diego restaurants amazing coffee nearby and the staff and the general manager Rollie is absolutely amazing."
