"The check-in was a nightmare. The tech just doesn't work. Also. Pod means half height rooms. Maybe that's obvious to everyone else. It was fine. But just so we're clear."

"Our Tower Bridge room was in need of an upgrade. The door and some interior cabinets were scratched. The bathroom tub/shower was dated and down right dangerous to get in and out of. No tissues or lotion in the room. The staff were gracious and friendly. Lovely view from the room. Please invest in the maintenance of this property!"

"This is a budget hotel. If you are willing to stay at a budget place, with a shared washroom, I'd highly recommend this place because it is so close to Paddington Station, and a quick walk through Hyde Park takes you to some of the major museums and pick-up spots for many of the tours that go out of London. The staff are lovely."

"No towels."

"C’était propre convivial et tout à fait charmant De plus quartier agréable"

"This hotel was perfectly located — easily accessible and lots of great surrounding restaurants. The staff was very kind and the hotel was well maintained daily."

"Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!"

"all is good"

"We stayed in a Superior Queen room. The room is cleverly designed where you basically walk into your bathroom/main entrance. The bedroom has a sliding pocket door to close off the bedroom from the main area/bathroom. Unfortunately if your spouse uses the main area/ bathroom while you try to sleep all the lights are turned on disrupting your sleep."

"The hotel was great except for the heat wave. The window in the room opened only a bit and we had to deal with the noise from the lounge and restaurant below. We had no air moving through the room at all. The staff that we saw were friendly, the people that got us vehicles, taxi or black cars were wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful, but a bit confusing at times as where it was being served. If going again, It would be on my list as a possible stay."

"Une belle rénovation. L'appartement est fonctionnel et vaste. Emplacement proche métro et Sacré Cœur. Commerces à proximité. Et avec une vue sur le Sacré Cœur à couper le souple. Nous reviendrons."

"What amenities? There's basically self-service and not much staff to help with check-in assistance. The room was not 100% turned around and replenished."

"Great property. Walkable to great restaurants. Nice spacious rooms."

"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."
