The best breakfast buffet with fresh and delicious food. Excellent service from the front desk to restaurants, to pool longes and spa! The spa offers free use of its amenities such as sauna, steam room, hammam with warm marble, salt room, indoor pools, etc. The hotel is in walking distance to the Old City as well as Lapad (or next to bus stops if you want to skip walking). We had the most fantastic stay at Rixos! We came to celebrate my husbands 40th which we were welcomed with Prosecco and cake in the room to celebrate. We stayed in the Spa suite (incredible!!!) From arrival you are greeted with a glass of fizz or orange juice. The service is amazing, breakfast is so fresh and lovely. We didn’t eat at the hotel but feel it would have been great if we did. Highly recommend visiting the city walls at 5pm before they close to avoid business, and then take a cable car up to the panorama restaurant. Honestly can’t wait to come back, it’s been one of our favourite places to visit! P.s- book the sea view- you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Rixos!!!!

For a luxury hotel, there were a lot of issues. We had the towel rack come off the wall, our shower didn’t drain properly so kept flooding the toilet area, the area leading to the indoor pool was a construction zones etc. On the positive side, the location is beautiful, the staff are helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

Staff were very good. Rooms were nice and comfortable but need an upgrade in parts. Breakfast was great. Atmosphere nice in the hotel Spa was super and well appointed and relaxing. Gym and pool are excellent Overall lovely hotel
