Tidewater 301 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing gulf-front views from the 3rd floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home.

• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

• The living room has a sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has two twin-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Exactly what the condo said it offered! Great location we were able to walk to various restaurants and stores! Condo was actually ready HOURS before actual check in time - which was a nice surprise!! Definitely coming back again & staying in this condo 😊

This condo is awesome and in a great location. Our family of five with two adult sons was able to stay comfortably in this three bedroom condo. I can’t imagine there is a better located condo. Not only is it right on the beach but there is a grocery store within short driving distance and several restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.

Great beach view/access. Everything was clean and they give you plenty of towels and enough supplies to get started. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed if you want to cook. The only thing I wished was different is the amount of parking passes allowed. It would have been nice to buy a 3rd pass since my kids are driving age and we had 3 cars this time. The parking lot was mostly empty but we still had to find alternative parking for the third car.

Great location on the beach, groceries and restaurants. We liked that it was on the 3rd floor which allowed us to take the stairs most of the time. It is a corner unit which is especially nice.

This was our fourth time staying at this facility, but our first time in this unit. As always before, everything was outstanding. The condo itself was well-furnished and had everything needed for a great week’s stay. We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great experience in OBA.

Great condo especially liked having 3 bathrooms. Site management very responsive. Had no issues with checkin. Would highly recommend this condo. Only downside was no access to the washer and dryer which I was not aware of.

Overall my family had a nice trip to Orange Beach, but we would not stay at this condo again due to the cleanliness and routine updates/maintenance needed. We observed mold filling up the inside of one of the bath tub nozzles, an air vent, and on the jets of the spa tub in the master bath. It smelled a bit off when we got in initially so my husband was able to check the ac filter and it was definitely in need of replacement. Also, if we went outside on the balcony barefoot, our feet were coated in a black substance. A toilet was running pretty continuously too. I did bring some of these items to the attention of management while we were there and they did respond quickly and asked if they could come address some of the items while we were there to which we said no as we didn’t want maintenance in and out in our vacation, especially since we had napping age children. Thankfully most of our time was spent at the beach, but I generally felt uncomfortable in the condo due to these things and just made me wonder what else wasn’t regularly kept up.

Husband and I took his mother for her 80th birthday. Everything was easily accessible for her. Condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was available. Check in was a breeze as all we had to do was go to our room. Quiet corner condo with a beautiful view. Indoor pool with hot tub and also an outdoor pool was relaxing and would have been perfect for a family visiting. Can’t wait to come back. Management reached out to us multiple times to make sure our needs were met.

Stayed here for a girls get away, and loved it. We really enjoyed having the second balcony off of one of the rooms and the super close beach access. The furniture was nice/comfy, and everything was well kept. It was also stocked really well. The location was super close to lots of live music and good restaurants. Will definitely return next year.
