"Everything was great except the tv and internet wasn’t working. Sigh. This may date me, but I miss just regular tv. A few channels that actually just work. There were different apps on the tv that just wouldn’t work. To be fair, I didn’t ask for help. We were too tired and just went to bed. The man at the front desk was SO nice. "The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. "The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day...
