"We 8 women enjoyed it immensely!! Nice having 4.5 bathrooms!! The only issue we had was 2 nights there was HIGH GUST of winds from the north, all the sliding patio doors whistled and screeched all day and night long!!! It is much windier up on the 30th floor than once you get to the beach. We were surprised that we needed to purchase toilet paper and garbage bags. Enough for 1 day. Pump hand soap for the bathrooms also. We were there 7 nights. It was absolutely fantastic having 4 bedrooms with plenty of closets too!! Having the open floor concept was nice too, sitting in the living room, up at the island, at the big dining room table and cooking all at the same time was really fun! Naps and reading, relaxing out on the comfortable deck furniture was enjoyable day and night!! No bugs!! It is off season so it gets really quiet at night. "

"The condo was beautiful & just as advertised. We loved that it was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and beach and just steps to both. We frequent OB & Destin often as we live in Biloxi so it’s not a far drive. The only negative experience upon arrival was the check in process. The lady that works in the office, Sherry? is not friendly at all. Very rude & quick tempered. She actually screamed at me accusing me of “cussing her out” & made me leave bc I said the word “damn” to my father in law as I was trying to find our booking info on the app to add 2 extra guests. She made the check in process uneasy & frustrating. Very unprofessional and made us all very uncomfortable. She also made it very clear that we could not park, enter the condo, pool, beach, etc. until our check in time. These are the rules. We 100% understood this. It wasn’t the message. It was her delivery. The first thing she said was “I have nothing to do with your booking. I’m just HOA.” Fair enough. We’ve never had these issues with any other property we’ve stayed at in OB. It’s clear she caters to the owners and not renters. (We met several of the owners & they were very pleasant). This is understandable but maybe she doesn’t need to be the first point of contact upon arrival. I wasn’t even going to mention this but I felt it would be a disservice to the owners (& future guests) to not say anything. iTrip was amazing, Kaitlyn in particular. Unfortunately, we won’t return bc of this check in experience."

"This is a great house. Convent to everything, This house is a lot better than staying in a condo, you don’t have to wait on an elevator, and you can’t hear your neighbors. The only thing I would change about this house would be softer to have softer mattresses. Over all I give this place a 5/5!"

"All of the previous positive reviews were correct. The view was excellent. The condo was in good shape, with everything that we needed for the week. Plenty of room for a family. And the weather was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!"
