"We enjoyed our stay"

"The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. "The property was gorgeous. Rooms clean. Valets extremely helpful. Staff was courteous. My only complaint is there are no microwaves on the property. I travel with certain nutritional needs and needed a microwave."

"Gorgeous property and room with a great tub! Beds were comfortable but small. It took 10-15 minutes after arrival for the front desk staff to acknowledge our presence. We will stay again because we loved the property so much."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast was very good and well maintained."

I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...
