"Breakfast in lobby was delicious and affordable. Good selection and friendly staff. Location on the beach was beautiful! Our partial beach view room was clean, comfortable and cute. The partial view wasn’t much though, blocked by part of the tower. Next time I’d get full beach view. Pool was nice and bartender was great! The hotel texted me often to make sure I was happy and enjoying my stay which was a nice feature I hadn’t seen before with other hotels. "

"The home was nice, however, it was initially difficult to contact management because it was remote. This could partly have been my fault, but the management company was slow to respond and not very helpful. However, when I was able to contact the local management, they were very helpful and prompt in resolving our issues (which could have happened to anyone - a non-functional garbage disposal and broken toilet paper dispenser). Really, my only complaint is minor - they provided 2 trash bags for 11 people to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. It seems that there should at least be one bag for each day/night of the rental. Otherwise, top notch and we really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Great access to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and beaches."
