"Very hard to communicate with host about check in details. Was okay once we arrive. Walls are super thin, very loud; could hear neighbours, the street, and the elevator. Could use some updating but was overall clean. Definitely unique property "

"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. The balcony was awesome to be on to watch the crowds below. The only issue was the A/C and lights shut off when you leave the room or are still for long enough for the A/C to kick off and the room turns...

"Very simple but clean and welcoming. Shared bathrooms with other guests are fine for a night or two if you are flexible with that kind of thing."

"Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. "Had a fantastic weekend stay. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and cocktails in the bar. Superb location near funicular and bus stop from/to the airport. 5 minute walk into città alta. Will certainly return!"

"L'hotel se trouve en zone 4 du metro qui est 10 min à pied. Pas de restaurant à proximité ni boulangerie. Quartier calme mais bruit des avions en fin de journée. La chambre est bien mais la salle de bain merite des améliorations comme la douche qui evacue mal l'eau. Personnel très agréable."
