"The hotel is very clean, staff are very polit and professional, and location is close to main transportations, many restaurants and coffeshops. I had an unexpected situation where I had to go to the hospital on my check-out day, and the staff at Mediolanum were incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed me to pay later and kept my luggage safe while I was away. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. "Property rated on the price point being a budget hotel. It was perfect for our one night stay in Milan being close to central train station. About 10 min walk with our luggage. Staff friendly, easy check in, comfortable bed. 30 min walk to Duomo. Only thing that didn’t work well was the aircony, but there was a ceiling fan which was fine in September. "
