"Have stayed here many times over 10 years .. great location .. I would just suggest maybe they check the facilities all work , as TV was not fully working and whilst it did get fixed just a little inconvenient for us and staff. Air con was set too warm and staff had to reset lower for us as could not be changed in the room. Having said this I would still happily stay here again. "

"I chose this property as it was an hour on the shuttle from Malpensa airport and 10 minute walk to the train station. We arrived pretty late and although they don’t do late check-ins they kindly waited for our arrival. "I knew we were booking a budget hotel, I just didn't realize how "budget" things could be. WARNING, tiny beds and no A/C, not even a room fan. "Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is just fantastic and the suite was so beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. "It was a good choice for a family of four. Very near our friends at the Hyatt, the train station and metro lines to attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes on the same block were excellent as was the "food court" at the train station. There were some maintenance issues that they seemed eager to correct, so I hope they did. Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but was supposed to be non-smoking. The A/C and washing machine worked great!"
