"The property was in a quiet area close to all the places we wanted to go and with a wonderful park nearby. The staff were amazing and able to help with all our needs. The only issue I had was the worn furniture and the scratches on the wood floors. "

"I would not recommend anyone stay here. The place was not clean, there was dirt all through the carpets and shaggy rugs especially, hair was left in the bathroom and the mats were dripping wet. We also found a large diet coke bottle under the bed and an unused cigarette. Also the bedroom door could not be shut from the outside without the handle coming off. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay, do not stay here. Pay a bit more for a better place."

"Good location, just off the Meadows. Friendly reception staff. The room was a basic student flat - one of a group of 4 individually lockable rooms with a shared front door, with en suite shower and toilet. Bed was a compact double - probably a three-quarter size. The room was basic but adequate. Towels and bedding and a single soap supplied, but no extras like shampoo, TV, hairdryer. Free wifi if you log on to the student network. There's a shared well equipped kitchen if you want to...

"Great place to stay! Very close proximity to the castle. The room was a little warm even with the windows open and the shower/tub was hard to get out of due to the height. The property provided a non-slip shower mat even without request, but it was still difficult for myself (31 years old) and my mother (70 years old). "
