"Our stay was better than expected and we were very happy. The staff was kind and helpful. Check-in instructions were sent ahead of time and the actual process went very quickly. We arrived early and staff held our luggage until our room was ready. Our rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the laundry facilities one night, which were available all night and much appreciated. Housekeeping was efficient and maintenance offered to fix a squeaky door for us. The location was central, just a half block off the Royal Mile, which was very convenient. I would stay here again!"

"Lovely stay. We had an apartment style place. But it didn’t have AC. Luckily it was not too bad with the windows opened at night. Breakfast was included which was nice. Very touristy area and close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful city. "
