"Nothing - it was all good. We had the amazing executive room and it was lovely for our 24th wedding anniversary. Am most certainly going back for my birthday on 6 th January. Spa etc was wonderful also. Thank you so much for looking after us"
"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "

The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, just what we needed to have a relaxing time after sightseeing and shopping during our days there.
