This hotel was in a perfect location and we were pleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was so definitely worth getting the meal package. The staff was friendly and my only complaint was not having a fridge in room. We would stay here again.

Overall clean..downstairs restaurant (thyme) toilets were ver bad one of the days. Basic room services are sometimes not provided. Ok for the price. Staff is very courteous. We stayed with family - 2 young children. Breakfast buffet is good. Sindhu was very kind serving us dinner. Overall seems ok. Location is excellent for tube and local shops

It was a convenient location. Walkable to both Bank and Monument stations. Walking distance to Tower of London. The hotel was clean, the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sindhu! The room is spacious and clean. The beds comfy. Some extra perks that can be added is body lotion.
