Slight problem with self check-in was rapidly resolved by a very helpful guy on reception. Room was fine although I personally wished to lower the ac but that was resistant - fortunately and gratefully able to open a window slightly.
The guy running the cafe bar in reception was very keen to help and made a good impression.
The location was perfect for an early start the following day.
Overall a good experience.
We have stayed at many London hotels and this was by far our favorite. The rooms were generously sized, clean with AC and offered unlimited water bottles which saved us a fortune. We had already been traveling for a while so the complimentary washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, we found it be the center of all our exploring needs. Surrounded by restaurants, the tube system and bus stops made this hotel so convenient. We plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
My room was on floor 7 with a beautiful view of St. Paul’s Cathedral. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself, is in a great location and the staff are warm and welcoming. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was a great location, helpful and friendly staff. They even have a little amenities closet with a ton of items that you may need during your stay. They also have a water station with water bottles which is helpful when you’re going on daily adventures around the city! The only complaint would be the air con was unable to keep up with the heat wave but everything else was great
It is a lovely hotel and it was an amazingly easy check in and check out.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help.
However do watch out, nothing in the room is free, not even the bottled water.
Make sure you read the little price card before you eat anything.
We were only here for one night, but we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice property in the heart of London, convenient to many tourist spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though we do wish it would have opened before 8:00 AM, as we had to rush off to the airport before 9:00. The electronic door key system worked great, once we were able to navigate the on-line checkin process, which was a bit complicated. With the automated check-in and check-out procedures, we didn't have to talk with the staff much, but they were friendly and helpful in the brief interactions we did have.
The room was a little small, which one might expect for downtown London, but comfortable nonetheless.
