Wonderful stay… immaculately clean, all the staff were super friendly and kind, the room was quiet beautifully designed and the bed the bedding & bed super comfortable and felt luxurious. What an amazing stay we had! The staff was so lovely to get us into our rooms early after a long flight from New York. The rooms are well appointed and large by European standards. Love the blackout drapes option, feels very Cameron Diaz in the Holiday. The neighborhood is safe and well situated near the Thames, Tate Modern and Blackfriars tube station. There are lots of great food options nearby including the hotel restaurant, Gail’s around the corner and a wonderful gelato place at the OXO Center down the street. (I had honey, basil, orange zest gelato that was yummy.) You’ll also find bikes, a pharmacy, drug store and a Waitrose around the corner. You can follow the path of the Thames nearby for lots of sightseeing. Check out Bankside Gallery for works from local artists. The Thames walk has kind of a Highline feel to it. There’s even a movie theater at the nearby Sea Containers. Loved the hotel, loved the people who worked there even more. ❤️

What a great hotel! Lovely staff, complimentary drink on arrival! Room was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable! Enjoyed a delicious breakfast both mornings and cocktails in the evening in the lounge. I would definitely stay there again!

Great place for family stay

We were welcomed at the hotel with drinks and it was lovely. Everything was explained , they booked a taxi for us on the day after for our travel towards Europe. Food was very nice at the restaurant too. Vibrant place, new , spotless , large beds
