"From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. The staff immediately took care of our needs and welcomed us with cool towels and arrival drinks. Check-in was simple and fast. The atrium of the main building is as stunning in person as it looks on the Internet. We recommend eating at KAO during your trip, which is located one the lowest floor in the center of this atrium. After we got settled, we were treated to a first-class experience the rest of the way. Our concierge, Israel, took care...

"The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

"Secrets Mirabel is fantastic, 5 star all the way. Service is excellence, everyone is very helpful. Food is excellent. Facilities are clean and well maintained! It is nicest resort we have stayed at in Cancun!"

"Un lugar 100% familiar. Muy agradable y el servicio excelente"

"Everything is 10 out of 10. They are so welcoming and make you feel safe. It’s super cleaning and spacious. The staff are amazing and super kind. Will be back!"

"Ok"

"I loved it!!"

"The property is beautiful but very rundown, it is in desperate need of a remodel and looks like they are working on that. Our toilets did not flush properly and we never had hot water. On the other hand we had a huge beautiful suite with 2 bedrooms and our own private pool for way less than the major named hotels so could not beat that. The employees were very friendly and always helpful. I would totally go back but if they get this place remodeled to it's former glory I will probably not be...

"Lots of dirt and rocks between lounge chairs and pools, never swept. Overall most staff did not seem to enjoy their job. We called three times to have our mini bar stocked with water as it had not been stocked before our arrival, never got stocked we went to concierge to get water ourselves and then had to take it back to our room. We left to have breakfast and upon returning three staff were in our room and cutting a hole through the bathroom wall, no prior notice and we couldn't relax in...

"Although it is a family-friendly resort, there aren't any activities for the adults. The staff are wonderful and are quick to learn and remember names, preferences, and are very genuine. The only issue we had (if you can count it) was that the cleaning staff regularly had to be called to bring up wash cloths. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed along with the mini bar restocked with soda, water & chips. We truly enjoyed our stay. It's been a long time since we had a hotel or resort...

"Stayed in this place for 2 weeks. The resort is on the side and could use some updating (which looked like they were in the process of). But my family had a good time here. The kids club was great and my kids loved doing the activities they organize for the kids. The big water slides were also a hit with the kids. The food in the à la carte restaurants were good. The buffet was good too but can get repetitive. The room can use some updating but the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure is...
