When we arrived there was a big moth in our room, which isn’t the worst but it made me wonder how it got in if we had kept the sliding door closed. Also 20 for parking with no valet? "We asked for nightly turn down service for the three nights we were there. We received that service the first and not again. When I originally requested it, I was assured that would take care of it for our stay. Also I was disappointed that your gym was not 24/7. This required me to go to Planet Fitness."

"It seems to be relatively safe in the area. The location is convenient to get on the major highways. The room I stayed has a view of Bay Bridge. The downside is that it doesn't seem to have ventilation in the toilet/bathroom."

"Our only concern was the privacy in for the windows. No blackout drapes that covered the entire windows. The smell of the room was a little offensive. If there is a spray that’s used I would suggest a lemon or no scent at all. "

"The location is great! The ferry to San Francisco is right next to the hotel so a perfect way to see San Fran as well. The hotel is a little tired but staff and location makes up for it. Also great restaurants within walking distance! "
