"Disgusting property, carpets torn and cracked tiles in lobby, chairs torn in lobby, elevator worn out and very slow. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, bathroom old and moldy, Bar/dining room chained off and closed. Save your frustration and go across the street to the Springhill ! 1000% better! How this place is still open is mind boggling!"

"What a magical little place! Great location, walking distance to lots of little restaurants and stores. Easy to get on the ferry and head over to San Francisco! John and Arthur are wonderful and were so helpful!"

"The street this Vrbo is on is super peaceful,and WALKABLE - sidewalks and speed bumps. The cottage is laid out kind of like a studio apartment but with that bonus nice and private outdoor space that I really enjoyed. The host was really quick responding to any questions or comments. Example, I messaged her that I’m pretty short and could use a step ladder and she got one the next day. I stayed for a month and I was very glad to have lucked out with such a sweet spot."

"No shampoo, used band-aid in shower, huge dust and hair balls around bed area on floor. Tried calling front desk several times with no answer. Halls on second floor smell like a casino "
