"The hotel itself is clean and nice, however the location was concerning. The staff at the front desk at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, especially with the various hot offerings which are changed daily. The hotel cannot do anything about the area it is located. I do not recommend traveling over the bridge towards Oakland, especially at night but other than that, great stay! "

"Sens Hotel and Bistro was a charming and comfortable place to stay for several days while I attended to personal business. The room itself was attractive and well-appointed. There were many toiletries available for the forgetful. The bed was very comfortable and there were lights and plugs everywhere I needed them to be. The staff was friendly and helpful.
