"The bar and restaurant and overall great staff."

"Our stay was good. The majority of the staff was friendly. We checked-in on the day their second floor restaurant opened. The service sucked. There was a gal (I wish I asked her name) who worked in the cafe. She was friendly, talkative, and she went above and beyond. The staff in the bar were good. However, on my second night I ordered food and it never came. They definitely need to iron out the kinks. Overall, it is a fun place to stay."

Raag, was the front desk person who helped me with my reservation and the service provided was excellent!I appreciated being given the choice as to what floor I wished to stay on. My room was clean and spacious. If I am ever Bakersfield again, I will choose the hotel."
