"The entertainment throughout the day and night were amazing. There is always something going on and something for all ages. The staff were exceptional. A big shout out to all of them but especially Ramiro, Rafael, Angel, Manu and Ivan. I know I've missed a few and I apologize. We will definitely go back and will recommend this place to fruends and family."

"Property & food overall were exceptional! Only part the company needs to alleviate is the sales pitch of buying/ investing in the property. I had 3 different sales persons try to convince to invest in the property. It was originally presented to me as a welcome breakfast but it was by far a welcoming feeling. What was suppose to past 90 mins presentation turned into 3 hours of people pressuring me to invest into the property/company. It was the most uncomfortable feeling & took up most of my day while I’m suppose to be on VACATION! Please get rid of this practice. If you promise a time limit of 90 mins then that should be honored not dragged out to try to get someone to invest. I already Paid thousands of dollars to have an all inclusive experience; don’t taint it my trying to pressure someone to spend an additional thousand! Allow people to come there & truly enjoy their vacation. "

"This resorts location is great. They provide bikes that can be used in the run/bike trail. The beach is clean and offers multiple full massages for a low price. The pool is great and relaxing, but also offers fantastic entertainment. Would love to stay here again."

We just returned from an amazing week at the Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta, and we can’t stop raving about our experience from May 9–17, 2025. From the moment we arrived, Liz at check-in made us feel like true VIPs with her warm welcome and smooth check-in process. Dining was a true highlight—Esmeralda, Adrian El Chaka, Lulu, Eleazar, Maverick, and Janeth at Ipanema restaurant created an exceptional experience every time we dined there. Their attention to detail and friendly service made each meal memorable. At Ciao restaurant, Scarlett greeted us with a smile every morning, and Moises took such great care of us during our meals. Over at Zen, Brian and Alberto impressed us with their professionalism and knowledge of the menu. Alma, the masseuse at the spa, provided one of the most relaxing massages we’ve ever had—an absolute must if you’re staying here. Whether it was Rodriguez at the Market Buffet keeping our drinks full, Charlie helping with towels by the pool, or Kevin managing our luggage with ease, every staff member made us feel welcome and appreciated. Johan at check-out ensured our departure was as smooth and pleasant as our arrival. This resort is beautiful, the food is incredible, and the people truly make the experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!"
