"We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The service and kindness of the staff was exceptional, from Marco (Polo) to Abner, to Jareli and all the wait staff and bartenders. Thank you for a lovely time and for making us feel welcomed. The restaurants were delicious. ... my favs were the Italian and Asian theme. My only wish is that there was a restaurant with a focus on the cuisine of Mexico! The beachfront is beautiful. The property is very well cared for. Highly recommended. "

The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. El hotel muy seguro, el personal muy amable siempre, las únicas quejas que tengo es que los camastros en el área de playa estaban muy viejos/sucios y el hecho de que los restaurante solo abrían determinados días. Pero con todo y eso nuestra experiencia fue muy placentera. "
