"The front desk staff was rude, and the servers weren't attentive. The food was mediocre and the pool had an awful smell. The property was beautiful but the rooms were small and the AC would only go to 77 degrees."

"This hotel is very underrated and it was amazing! I would stay here everytime I go back to puerto Vallarta."

"This place was AMAZING!! The bed is super comfy, the pillows were super fluffy, the closers were huge, the room was super clean and the view — amazing!! Get the ocean view room with the balcony! You will not regret it! The pool and the beach were so beautiful!!! The people there were so accommodating and kind and really took the time to chat with their guests.
