"Very nice place, staff and food was good. Nice beach and the rooms were clean. We did an all inclusive package. Breakfast was top notch, lunch was modest but very enjoyable and the evening options were great. We were asked to tip for food and drink with the tips being charged back to the room. "The location and the beach is great but the service is below average for this class of property. The lobby and room furniture are old and belong to a different era! Generally the food is OK it gets better if you are willing to pay the extra for the items that are not on the All inclusive menu. "

"This property is impossible to locate. The roads on the maps leading up to the property have been washed out due to flooding and heavy rain. No one answers the phone, hotels.com did not help me with a refund or cancellation. This was a complete nightmare booking. Do not book here until the roads are fixed and they have some type of communication."
