"Very clean and friendly staff. Utilized RUI Elite Club. This helped a lot with restaurant reservations to avoid the long line at the Steakhouse. Move than enough food at all restaurants. Pool wait staff is very slow due so many drinks they have to get. So if you don’t want to wait then you can walk to the pool bar and get speedy service. The massage people on the beach are a bit pushy they will ask you over and over about getting a massage and how they are the best. Overall experience was amazing, food was delicious. Drinks wise… I’m a beer guy so I only drank beer but for the few shots I had the Mexican candy shot was delicious. Tomas the server at the buffet was absolutely amazing. My mimosas and drinks were never empty. "

"They times the people were performing they didn’t tell us so it would be times at night where it was just loud and I got no rest. Also the taxi services they provided were terrible and they were making up prices "

"Can’t say enough good things about the staff and property. You will be pressured when checking in to participate in a 90 min time share presentation. We turned it down. The restaurants were amazing and food presentation outstanding. Our room was awesome and had a gorgeous view of the grounds and ocean. "

"Staff was amazing. Food was really good, just wish they had more options for breakfast. Drinks were good, the ones at the lobby bar and the one next to the Japanese restaurant were the best. Japanese restaurant was great. I overall loved the property, it was really relaxing and felt more in nature. The beach club wasn’t too far, just wish they had more beach chairs. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would really recommend "
