"Excelente lugar para desconectarte y pásarla de lujo !!! El hotel lo amé ."

"Everything about this Boutique Hotel is amazing. The food & drinks are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is great."

"Creo que el hotel nesecita mantenimiento ,otro bufet casi no caben las personas"

"This all inclusive resort was amazing!! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent trying anyway to make your stay over the top. We stayed in the club tower and our room was fantastic! Restaurants and food was excellent with great choices. Pools were clean and great temperature. Towels were constantly available! Service from the staff was outstanding day and night. The only set back was the lack of chairs around the pools. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ian and Laura"

"Not our first time at this hotel and it won't be the last either. Both my wife and I love this hotel, not only for the amenities but for the staff, mainly the staff at the restaurants, the buffet, the beach and pool servers. I have said it before, a hotel staff can make or break your stay. We love the beach access, the food and the drinks, oh yeah, drinks are good!"

"The hotel is in a nice location, I was very fortunate to have been there."

"The reason why I’m just saying this is OK. Three star review for this resort is because we were not informed that they only had half the resort open. The other half was under construction and there was jackhammering going on all day long every day. I wish they would warn people before they stay there that they will be starting construction at 8 AM and it will last till 6 PM. They were literally jackhammering swimming pool and an outdoor bar or something. It was hard to stay on the resort."

"Great"

"Loved the property, backing into the forest was a real treat."

"Everything was amazing"

"This resort was the perfect spot for a girls week getaway! Incredible service, views, and location. The only downside was that there was considerable construction still happening at the property during our stay. Two on-site dining locations were closed and there was construction happening daily near the pool area. That being said, everything else about the resort outweighed that inconvenience and I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"El hotel ya está un poco viejo pero está limpio y funcional. Muchas gente del personal súper amables pero hubo unos cuantos que definitivamente te pueden echar a perder una buena experiencia."

"Everyone is ver"

"Second time we stayed here. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job cleaning our rooms, we LOVED the waiters, everyone at front desk and through the whole hotel were so nice and helpful."

"Issue is they are doing a remodel and staying open. The main dining area is closed and food offering distributed around hotel crowded and inconvenient!! The staff are working very hard to keep up under the circumstances. On going noise from remodeling Should be offering 30% discount during construction which will take many more months. They need to blitz remodel of general dining area and get it done quickly"

"The place is old and showing it, but the staff does a good job keeping it clean."

"Clean property, and great staff!"
