"The beach was not clean , and. Time For use de Pool was not enough the staff in the steak restaurant weell they need improve"

"I like the friendly staff always inviting and welcoming. Jose on the beach was always there ready with our drinks and always checking in on us. The sports bar was amazing. Had a lot of great snacks after a day at the beach the ladies Jacqueline and others were great. The maintenance of the property was spectacular. There was always someone cleaning wiping things down overall wonderful experience we will be back."

"The pool was sparking clean. The staff were great. The pictures make it look like it's a bigger property, but it's really small and all 3 towers are separate entrances. It's close to downtown but the location was not quite what I was expecting. The room was tiny. Pictures make it look bigger but were still accurate. Overall it was completely fine. No elevators and no way of knowing when booking that we would be on the second floor. The worst part was the rooms - you can hear everything going on outside. One night a dog across the street was barking for an hour and it sounded like it right outside our door. Not really any fault of the hotel but it was sooooo annoying. The beds were also very hard. Not the worst, but still hard."

"Our stay at Villia Mi was excellent. Its location is great. Only a few blocks to Centro. The staff and rooms were excellent."

"Upon arrival room was not ready. Previous guests made a mess. Cleaning lady did not show up and owner wasn’t notified. We finally got in unit at 8PM. Unit was tidy, but not clean. Very little water pressure throughout our stay. Difficult to shower and get shampoo out of your hair. Sheets were left in dryer and some were in shreds. Owner was not very responsive. Picture of view is misrepresented. Large construction project in front of us. Work was being done from about 8:30-6:00 each weekday. Do not rent from this individual! "

"This property has great rooms with full kitchens. All the appliances that you would need for a vacation. The bar makes excellent margaritas and the staff is great."

"The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!! "

"Loved the room but was really disappointed with the view on the patio. All you could see was rooftop of other buildings and didn’t like it was a lockoff to the room next door. I would stay again but make sure where i am staying first and what my view looked like. There is also no room service. We were there only one week. Wouldn’t want to be there any longer with out clean towels or bed sheets changed. Great location though "
