Staff were amazing as always! Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Only complaint was having to line up for à la carte bookings at 7am because the app wasn’t working.

Rooms are super outdated , bed was decent but overall it was still peasant stay . The staff was very friendly, I enjoyed their night shows and the food was good which made up for the outdated hotel . For price and a few days not bad . Would encourage for updated pics .

The food wasn’t very good. Good enough to get by for a short stay but that’s about it. Bar staff were great and prepared drinks quick but they were really lacking. Very basic. Cleaning staff were very nice but no extras in the room or mini fridge. No pool service for food or drink. Not a bad resort so long as you know ahead of time what you’re going to get. Check in and out were a breeze. Very uncomplicated, front desk staff were very prepared

The room was spotless, the food was excellent. The only complaint would be the walls in the room. We had a door in the wall to the adjacent room and could hear everything unfortunately plus the drain was plugged up in the shower. Beautiful beach though! Theater was very entertaining and with the cartel stuff going on we felt safe and the resort was well-stocked! We had a great time!

Staff was good, room air conditioning was almost non-existent, water pressure was questionable. WI-FI WAS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. That was our one priority--good wi-fi so we could still run our businesses.
