"I believe she was the general manager her name is Ms. Lysa Young. I had not been able to see my family in a while she really made the experience so wonderful. I would also like to recognize a Mrs.Bobbi Tarner she was a wonderful housekeeper who was understanding when I explained that one of the siblings requires help with some needs and that I apologize in for having to do extra vacuuming some. And in true fashion of a veterans in customer service Bobbie and Lysa both having such great attitude and smiles by saying well if it's a few extra crumbs it was nothing that they could not handle. On a side note I had mentioned that I am supervisor for a large Hospital in charge of patient discharges with 19 EVS technician and and even though housekeeping it's very important that we are overlooked and so under depreciated same with customer service workers.In closing not only would be a returning guest at Wyndham of Independent but would highly recommend them. Keep up the great customers service "

"Very quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and fresh!!!"

"It's a great place to come back and catch up on sleep to. All of the amenities are there and were satisfactory for me. The bed was comfortable. The only two cons for my stay were that the walls were pretty thin and I could hear everything happening in the hallway almost as clearly as I would if I had the door open. The other con was the lights in the room were a harsh white. I personally prefer warm yellow light to the hotel's cold white ones. That being said, these cons didn't really get in the way of my comfort during my stay. "
