"It was perfect for our one night stay. We were there for a concert. Main bed was very comfortable . Place was clean. Didn’t use kitchen/other amenities. About a 2 mile walk from Huntington Bank Field for reference.

"Great location in downtown. Walking distance to R&R HoF, Arcade, the water, parks and food. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Repeat customer. Recommended for visitors to Cleveland. "
"We did not receive the door code until almost Midnight.
There is no outside lighting, and the steps are covered in part by weeds.
The dining room and kitchen floors were sticky.
The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom as if moldy. "
"After a long drive, the Kimpton Schofield was a welcome sight. We opted for the overnight valet parking, and it was a worthwhile expense. The valet staff was helpful and made the check-in process smooth.
We used the drink tickets we received at the hotel's restaurant, Betts. The food was surprisingly good, and the live music and bar with sports on were a nice bonus after staying at some less-than-stellar places off the highway.
The beds were a definite highlight—very comfortable linens. They also treated our dog very well, which is always a plus. The complimentary morning coffee was a nice touch, too.
Being downtown, there were some obvious downsides. The street noise from motorcycles was loud, a problem the hotel seems to be aware of, judging by the white noise machine and earplugs provided. More notably, the immediate area had a distinct, unpleasant odor, particularly of urine, and there was a sizable homeless population. While I didn't feel unsafe during the daytime, it's something to be aware of."
"House was amazing! A lot went into painting and decorating this house. The clue room wall was just awesome! The kids loved the Candyland room. It was great fun and the board games? ENDLESS! They had games for everyone. Your littles, your tweens, and even some adult games (; I'd give 10 stars if I could. Fantastic home. The neighborhood might seem a little different to some people but everyone was friendly and we had zero issues! Give this place a chance It's worth it!!"
"The house was perfect for our large family to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was supplied with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made sure to check on us to make sure we had what we needed. "
"We stayed for a multi-day baseball tournament. The loft was spotless and had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. It’s not fancy but it’s really functional. The laundry, weight room and rec room with ping pong was a hit with my boys! The neighborhood can be a little loud at night. Definitely recommend for a small family. "
