Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. "Cleanliness, kindness, and location are great"

"The front desk team was amazing. Hotel was under construction and elevator delays. My only concern was the room I was placed in! Was large and I appreciated that. But there were so many projects half done. Towel hook off wall, paint was consistent, curtain rods were irregular. Walls had patches. Also, housekeeping only cleaned the room one day out of four and it was missing a remote."

"Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful."

"Clean, comfortable loft apartment, walking distance to downtown, easy check in/check out."

"The hotel was wonderfully placed right off the interstate and right next to Progressive Field with a great view of the city. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also excellent!"
