Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient.

One night stay

The lady who checked us in was very nice and we were told where we could go grab a bite to eat as it was after midnight. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Nice big TV with lots of channels. However, it needs to be really cleaned. Leftover beverage in fridge. Looked in the drawers and lots of crumbs. Towels were old and had some stains. Didn't use the shower, so don't know how the water pressure was. We stayed for one night. Went to concert a in Cleveland and since it was April 8th the eclipse was going on and all the area hotels had jacked up their rates. But I found this one. It served it's purpose. We had a room we didn't have to pay an outragous price for and we really only needed it to sleep.
