"Staff was nice! However gym and pool area are not very nice. Pool was very warm and comfortable! Hot tub wasn’t working. We needed towels in our room and for pool was told there should be some for pool area however they weren’t so I had to go to desk to get some and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to even ask for one and then they didn’t have any available there as well so I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a towel just to go swimming for 15 minutes. "The rooms were spacious and pretty clean for the most part. Breakfast was good and the pool/hot tub area was nice. However the chlorine was overbearing and was irritating our eyes, so we couldn't stay in there long. Also, it would have been nice to have bedding for the pull out couch. "
