"We really really enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall. The food was awesome and they had a lot of entertainment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! They check on us all the time. A big shout out to Leonardo from front desk who made me and my husband’s trip memorable with his excellence service. He quickly responded to any complaints we had and also followed up. He truly made our first trip to Jamaica special. Also to Ryan our bellman. Great service! Anton and Teena !
