"I stayed at this beautiful yet modern resort for 5 days and had an amazing vacation. The property is beautiful and not over crowded which is great. The resort is a little over an hour from the airport which is fine. The food is great, there’s something to eat for everyone even picky eaters. My one and only complaint is the smell of the rooms due to the climate it’s warm and also damp so the room tends to smell which it takes a little getting used to. Someone did come and spray our room after we requested but it did not last long. The rest of the facilities at the property smell fine. It would be great if an air purifier or something the clean the air of the buildings and rooms. Other than that everything else was superb. The staff is friendly, the pools are great, the entertainment staff are great, shoutout to Tyrese, he’s a supervisor and was very kind to us. I plan to return again. Lastly, this is a great resort for a couple, group or a single person. We felt very safe even when traveling the property at night. The golf carts take you all around the property. There is a family side and an adults only so keep that in mind."

"Absolutely our favorite place to come in 🇯🇲 Jamaica. We have been coming to Jamaica for 25+years and have stayed at multiple properties but this is hands down our favorite ❤️ the hotel is beautiful, the staff are so kind and like family and beach access and snorkeling is the absolute best!! Food, Beach, staff, pool A++ thank you again for a wonderful vacation. See you soon .."

"Unfortunately, I could not award “Excellent”. Upon arrival I was given a ground floor unit, however, there were terrible disturbance above my room. I tried my best to ignore the noise, however it became uncomfortable and unbearable. I finally decided I have had enough and started recording it all. After alerting the front desk team, and had them listen to what I was enduring, they themselves were astonished as to what was going on. They promptly moved me to a second level unit, which was very lovely. Thankfully, the recording does not lie. Form August 27, 2026 - August 29, 2026, was startling, as the noise throughout the day was at random at times. August 29th, was as if chairs and other furnitures were being dragged across the ceiling above my head. Quite, came the balance of August 29th, which I appreciated. Thankfully you!"
