"This property was a little slice of history! So intimate and full of character. My friend and I stayed here a week and we can’t way to return. When we arrived we were immediately treated like queens and handed glasses of champagne! The rooms are a classy type of vintage and clean, they jive a very authentic Jamaica vibe! The staff are exceptional! There are so many staff members we genuinely hope we see again that we have made friends with! We love the activities crew, the gift shop is reasonably priced! The food is amazing and fresh, the coffee shop is awesome and has amazing frappes ! We love jumani and his awesome water tours, the entire property is extremely well maintained, the pools are beautiful, the beach is amazing, we love the flag service on the beach and how amazing Shane makes the drinks! Try the Marco Polo if you go, he makes his own drinks and they’re delicious! We had such a fun time and the restaurants eating delicious Asian food and Mediterranean food, we can’t wait to come back! 1000/10. We also got to meet the owners while we were there and they treat you like their own family? Thank you so much to the Issa family! What a wonderful resort, we made friends for life here. "

"My husband and I visited for our honeymoon/one year wedding anniversary and had the time of our lives! The location is a huge plus if you’re hoping to be near the airport, it’s only about a 5 minute drive. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful! We had a tower room facing the pool and the views were breathtaking! We appreciated the nightly entertainment, which we could enjoy from our balcony or next to the pool. The piano bar is a must, the pianist was incredibly talented and knew any song you threw at him! As a vegetarian I was impressed by the food selection. The beach bar & grill was super convenient and tasty, and the buffet offered several regional dishes as well as the classics like mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The vegetable soup in particular, while it may not sound like anything special, was some of the best soup I’ve had! We also dined at the Italian restaurant on our anniversary and it made for a very romantic setting. The two private beaches aren’t huge but it makes for a more intimate and relaxed vibe. We enjoyed the dj who entertained on the beach throughout the day with games and music. We also enjoyed snorkeling one of the days and saw several tropical fish along the rocks. This hotel offers some of the best sunset views and it was an overall great stay. I’d highly recommend this all inclusive for anyone wanting to visit Montego Bay without breaking the bank. "

"Stayed for one night and the team where very accommodating, we asked if something could be prepared fot us to eat on arrival as we would be coming from a 10 hor flight and arriving once the restaurant closed and they prepared us a lovely book dinner that was warmed and bought to us. I want to thank Tony, Kedine and all the team for making our onward journey so easy definitely would recommend Toby Resort to others"

"Everything was perfect! Only thing that could have been better was, our check in time was 3. We were the last ones in the whole group at that time to get into our room! We didn’t get into our room until 6. They told us we were going to be accommodated! When I returned to see what accommodations there were, I was declined such thing! "
